We truly believe in the effectiveness of BugOff™. That’s why we give you a full 30 days to try it at home. If you don’t see the results you expected, simply contact us and we will arrange a refund.

How Returns Work

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered. A proof of purchase such as your order confirmation is required in order to process your request.

Refund Timeline

To start the process, send us an email at contact.bugoff25@gmail.com with your order details. Our team will provide you with the return instructions. Once the product arrives back to us, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Important Notes

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that are used or damaged due to misuse cannot be refunded. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace it for you at no extra cost.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace your item with the same model in cases where it arrived defective or incorrect.
