At BugOff™, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Every order is processed with care and shipped as soon as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days. Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as customs clearance or courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking link by email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and know exactly when to expect delivery.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
